Privacy Policy for Blink

Last Updated: September 4, 2026

Paska Innovative Enterprises LLC offers the Service under the Blink name ("Blink", "we", "us", or "our") and operates the Blink live-streaming application and the website at theblink.live (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to this Privacy Policy.

The entity responsible for your information is Paska Innovative Enterprises LLC, based in Virginia, United States.

Blink is currently offered only in the 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. U.S. territories and all other countries are outside the initial service territory.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

  • Email address, username, and display name you provide at sign-up
  • Authentication credentials (passwords are stored only as salted hashes)
  • Profile details you choose to add

Camera and Microphone (Broadcasting)

  • When you choose to go live, we capture your device camera and microphone in order to transmit your broadcast to viewers in real time.
  • Camera and microphone are accessed only while you are actively broadcasting or previewing a broadcast. We do not access them in the background.
  • Live video and audio are streamed to viewers in real time and are not recorded. Blink keeps no copies of broadcasts: no replays, no archive, no backups of video or audio. Only the short delivery buffers needed to play a live stream exist, and they expire within seconds to minutes of being served.

Live Stream Content and Chat

  • The title, category, and content of streams you broadcast
  • Chat messages you send or that are sent in streams you broadcast
  • Tips, reactions, follows, and similar interactions

Viewing Activity

  • Account-linked aggregate watch time and number of streams watched, plus stream or category associations used for recommendations
  • Overall stream view totals used to operate the live service and show creators audience counts
  • Account, stream, and network identifiers processed while you are connected for playback authorization, presence, security, and abuse prevention

Payment and Tips Data

When you send a tip or make a purchase, payment is processed by the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) or by our payment processor, Stripe. We receive confirmation of the transaction and limited metadata (amount, currency, timestamp). We do not store full card numbers.

Device and Technical Data

  • Device type, operating system, app version, and a push notification token (if you enable notifications)
  • Crash reports, performance metrics, and error diagnostics
  • IP address and basic network information used for security and delivery

Safety and Legal Report Data

When you submit a report or intimate-imagery removal request, we collect the content locator, your description, submission and action timestamps, and any contact information you provide. A statutory intimate-imagery removal request also includes your electronic signature, whether you are the depicted person or an authorized representative, your good-faith nonconsent statement, and your attestations. We do not ask for or retain a copy of the reported stream media.

Cookies and Analytics

On our website we use cookies and similar local technologies needed for sign-in, security, and service operation. The launch mobile app does not include a third-party advertising or analytics SDK. We do not use service data to build advertising profiles.

We do not collect biometric identifiers, precise GPS location, augmented reality, spatial, or motion-sensor data.

2. How We Use Information

  • Provide the Service: authenticate you, deliver live streams, power chat, the feed, tips, and notifications
  • Safety and moderation: detect, review, and act on reports of objectionable or illegal content; enforce our Terms of Service
  • Improve and secure the Service: diagnose crashes, prevent fraud and abuse, and develop new features
  • Communicate with you: service messages, and (if enabled) push notifications about streams and activity

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

We share information only with:

  • Service providers acting on our behalf, including cloud hosting, delivery and notification services, app stores, Stripe (payments), and error tracking when configured, under terms that limit their use of the data.
  • Other users, to the extent inherent in the Service: your username, display name, profile, broadcasts, and chat messages are visible to viewers.
  • App stores (Apple, Google) for in-app purchases and tips processed through their platforms.
  • Legal and safety: when required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of users, the public, or Blink.

4. Data Retention

  • Account data is retained while your account is active.
  • Broadcast video and audio are never retained (see "Camera and Microphone" above). Stream metadata, chat messages, and account-linked viewing associations are operational records used for safety, integrity, and product operation. The current system does not apply an automatic age-based purge to chat or viewing associations.
  • Reports we receive about content or accounts, and the actions we took, are kept as restricted records (dates, categories, locators, contact details, required request declarations, the accounts involved, and the authorized reviewer's decision) for as long as needed to meet legal, safety, dispute, and audit obligations. These records never include the broadcast itself.
  • When you delete your account, your subscriptions are cancelled, any live broadcast is stopped, and your profile, authored chat, and contact details are removed. A disabled, pseudonymous internal account row remains so required transaction, safety, and service-integrity records can retain referential integrity without your name, email, phone number, or payment-account identifiers.

5. Your Rights and Choices

  • Access and correction: view and update your account information in the app.
  • Deletion: you can delete your account at any time from the in-app Settings/Profile screen, or by emailing [email protected]. Deleting your account removes your profile and personal data as described above.
  • Notifications: you can disable push notifications in your device settings.
  • Camera/microphone: you can revoke camera and microphone access in your device settings; broadcasting will be disabled without them.
  • Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (such as access, portability, or objection) under laws like the GDPR or CCPA. Contact us to exercise them.

6. Children

The Service involves live user-generated content and is for adults only. You must be 18 or older to create an account; we ask for that confirmation when you register and record it with your account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have done so, we will delete it and close the account. Contact [email protected] if you believe someone under 18 has provided us information.

7. User-Generated Content, Moderation, and Reporting

Blink hosts live user-generated content. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. The app provides tools to report a stream or user and to block a user. Anyone, with or without an account, can report content or request removal at theblink.live/report or by emailing [email protected], including requests to remove intimate imagery shared without consent, which we handle within 48 hours of a valid request. Reports are accepted through our published reporting channels and automatically routed and prioritized. Authorized reviewers decide what action to take, including whether to stop a broadcast, suspend, or ban an account. Applicable legal deadlines continue to apply. Because broadcasts are not recorded, content that has ended cannot be retrieved; we act on the account responsible. See our Terms of Service for details.

8. Copyright and DMCA

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to [email protected] with the information required by the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA): identification of the work, the infringing material and its location, your contact information, a good-faith statement, a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury, and your signature. We respond to valid notices and may remove content and terminate repeat infringers.

9. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to notify you of incidents where required by law.

10. International Transfers

We are based in the United States and may process and store information there and in other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last Updated" date and, for material changes, provide notice in the app or by email.

12. Contact Us

By using Blink, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
