Blink child safety standards
Blink, operated by Paska Innovative Enterprises LLC, is an adults-only service. A person must be 18 or older to create or use an account.
We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any content that sexualizes or endangers a minor. Accounts involved in this conduct may be suspended or terminated, and active broadcasts may be stopped.
Report a concern
- Use the public Blink report form. No account is required.
- Email [email protected].
- Use the in-app Report and Block controls when you are signed in.
Do not attach, download, copy, or forward suspected child sexual abuse material. Send the Blink account, channel, or stream URL and a factual description instead.
How Blink responds
Safety reports are routed for priority review. Blink preserves report metadata, takes appropriate account and broadcast action, and reports apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and law enforcement when required. Blink does not record or keep copies of live broadcasts.
Immediate danger
If a child is in immediate danger in the United States, call 911. The Blink report route is not an emergency service.
