Delete your Blink account

You can permanently delete your account directly from Blink. You do not need to submit a separate support request when you can sign in.

On the web

1. Sign in at theblink.live and open Settings.
2. Go to the Danger Zone and select Delete Account.
3. Type DELETE when prompted to confirm permanent deletion.

In the mobile app

1. Sign in and open your Profile settings.
2. Select Delete account.
3. Confirm Delete in the final confirmation dialog.

What deletion does

• Ends active broadcasts and requests immediate cancellation of active subscriptions.
• Removes your login, profile details, device tokens, and user-authored chat.
• Deactivates your channel and scrubs user-provided channel and stream text.
• Keeps pseudonymous internal records that are needed for transaction accounting, fraud prevention, safety, or other required operational records.

Account deletion cannot be undone.

If you cannot sign in

Email [email protected] for account access help or [email protected] for a privacy request. Include the email address associated with the account, but never send your password.
